Do you offer Student or Group Rates?

We sure do!

If you are currently enrolled in a horticulture or floristry education program OR if you have multiple employees coming from the same shop/business we are more than happy to offer a student or group rate!

Simply message us directly at shawn@shawnmichaelfoley.com and we will get a custom registration link sent to you as quickly as possible.

How do I get my starter Kit?

If you purchased the Bill Doran Wedding Starter Kit you will receive it in person at the start of your first Day of the Workshop.

Can I purchase a starter Kit during the workshop?

Yes you can!

We should have several ready to go if you decide to purchase a kit while at the Workshop. (Pending on what current inventory allows)

Just be aware that additional kits will be first come first served and we may not be able to guarantee how many extra kits will be available during your specific workshop.

Cancellations

Workshop Tickets are non-refundable.

However, we are happy to do a one-time registration transfer to a different Shawn Michael Foley Workshop within 6 months of your original Workshop date.

General FAQ

Privacy Policy

Your data is only used for internal marketing purposes and will never be sold to outside sources.

Return Policy

All sales are final. All items are made to order so Shawn is unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Ship Time

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping generally takes 4-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment once it has been sent so you can follow it along its journey to you!

Secure Payment

All payments are processed through software that complies with the PCI standards, uses HTTPS, and other security best practices.

Damaged Orders

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me at shawn@shawnmichaelfoley.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item.

Custom Orders & Commissions

All custom orders and commissioned projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The final balance is due before your finished item(s) ship.
